Do you set up and supervise?
Absolutely! Sky High Staff will arrive and set up each item and insure that it is clean and in good working condition before your party starts. We ask that a parking space be available for easy set up and that your backyard or home is ready to host the party. Provide a safe path free of obstacles to your set up location. (Include poop scooping)
What kind of power is required?
All of our Inflatables plug into a standard 110 household outlet. We will supply the cord, and we ask that nothing else be plugged into the outlet we are utilizing. Placement of the Inflatable should be no more than 100ft from that outlet. If you would like to set up at a park or place without an electric outlet within 100 ft, let us know and we can arrange to use a generator for an additional charge.
What type of surface can the item be placed on?
The safest surface is a level grassy area. However, we can set up on concrete, indoor flooring or asphalt. Please specify when ordering which surface we will be setting up on and we will make sure we utilize the proper anchors and recommend the most suitable ride for your event.
How much room do I need?
Please refer to Specifications and ideal set up areas for each Inflatable ride to ensure the most suitable ride is selected. (See Inflatable Rides)
Are they safe?
Yes. Inflatable Rides are set up according to manufacturer’s suggestions and need to be supervised to ensure rules are followed. You can choose to supervise units yourself or hire one of our attendents. Some inflatables are covered for weather protection (direct sun & light rain) and some have netting on all four sides to allow for great visibility and air circulation.
Are you insured?
Yes, we are insured. We are also claim free and incident free since we have been in business (1996). A certificate of insurance can be supplied on demand.
Is there a deposit required & Payment options?
A 20% deposit is required to guarantee your reservation. We will collect the balance payment (Check, Cash, Money Order, E-Transfer, Visa or Mastercard) the day of the party when we set up. You can cancel up to 3 weeks prior to your rental date without penalty, after which your can cancel only due to inclement weather. (Refer to inclement weather policy).
